I/We understand that if I/we are vacating the property before the end date of the lease or without proper notice, I/we will not receive my/our Security Deposit back.

I/we understand that if the term of the lease has been fulfilled and the proper notice has been given, any past due or unpaid charges will be deducted from the Security Deposit before the remainder is distributed (minus any damages charged at moveout) to me/us at my/our new address listed above. The Landlord/Property Management Company has 30 days to return the Security Deposit.
